As a Senior Manager in Operations & Business Development, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing operational strategies aligned with company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with company objectives - Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs - Leading and mentoring the operations team to foster a high-performance culture - Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operational areas - Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities - Managing vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness - Defining and monitoring key performance indicators to track operational success - Coordinating all aspects of the export process, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and logistics - Arranging transportation, booking cargo space, and communicating with freight forwarders and carriers for timely and cost-effective shipment - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies - Collaborating cross-functionally to support company-wide initiatives - Enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient operational delivery Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) - 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of operational strategy, process optimization, and team leadership - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency with project management tools, and data analysis platforms If you are interested in this position, please mail your updated profile to sunita@groupemrp.com.
