Job Title: KYC Analyst Client Onboarding (UK & Luxembourg Markets) Location: Karadi , Pune Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST Experience Required: 3 4 Years Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: End-to-end onboarding of clients including KYC/AML due diligence Open and close accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Validate Account Opening Checklists and perform quality reviews Conduct data analysis and reconciliation to ensure accurate client setup Escalate discrepancies or issues to senior team members Assist in planning and coordinating client transitions/conversions Liaise with internal departments to manage documentation and deadlines Support client relationship teams by maintaining a smooth onboarding experience Monitor daily workflow and ensure all onboarding components are in sync Required Skills: 2-4 years of relevant experience in KYC client onboarding Strong understanding of UK and Luxembourg regulations (EMEA region) Proven experience with trusts, corporate entities, individuals, and funds Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills Interested candidates may please mail updated resume on meghana.narasimhan@kiya.ai Please include the following in the email: Experience: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location:
