Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate sectors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong client network, and a passion for building long-term relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and real estate developers. Present company services and project portfolio to prospective clients. Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals. Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with project delivery. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the design, construction, or real estate sector. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proactive, target-driven, and well-organized. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
