Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity. Support event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics for meetings or corporate events. Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. 5–7 years of professional experience in administrative support, preferably in a senior role. Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
