About the job: LussoCassano is hiring a Site Supervisor- Residential Interior Project Management Role. It will entail: 1. The main task for which you have been hired is to mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the project, and make sure you deliver the project profitably; timely updates to the team and customer satisfaction also become a core aspect of the role 2. Whenever the new project is assigned, the foremost job is to collect the necessary drawings: a. Furniture layout ( containing dimensions & laminate codes ) b. Electrical drawings c. Plumbing drawings 3. The team will be adding you to the QC group. It is every person's responsibility to do the 'Quality Check' of the project and find the errors in the drawings provided by the Designer/Architect, which are not practical in terms of execution. 4. Daily updates before starting the day and end of the day are a must, regarding the work which will be done today and what work has been done today. 5. Any failure of work that couldn't be completed needs to be explained in the EOD report. 6. Be onsite before the labour force arrive and plan what work can be done 7. Read the drawings of the particular site assigned before you start with any process of execution Key responsibilities: 1. Stay as the single point of contact with Customers during the installation phase. This will include providing daily plans and updates on the work happening at site and handling & solving customer escalations. 2. Prepare POA along with specific timelines for execution of the project & use of manpower. 3. Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc). 4. Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks. 5. Validate drawings, BOQ & site. 6. Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated of advancements in the project. 7. Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers. 8. Coordinate with Planning team, design team, supervisors, carpenters and vendors to ensure work goes on smooth at the site 9. Adhere to System & Process from time to time. 10. Ensure timeline adherence for each of the projects you are currently working on 11. Ensure we make more customers happier which translates into a growing NPS. 12. Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after the completion of the Project & update report to Operations manager. 13. Ensure all the rectifications/snags are completed before handing over the site to the customer.
