Business Development Executive – Sports Flooring Materials Location: Noida Industry: Sports Infrastructure / Sports Flooring Experience: 1–4 years About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the sports flooring market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for projects related to acrylic, EPDM, PU, wooden sports floors, and synthetic courts. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in schools, clubs, builders, architects, contractors, and government bodies. Generate high-quality leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and decision-makers. Understand client requirements and present suitable sports flooring solutions (acrylic, synthetic turf, EPDM, PU systems, etc.). Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, and negotiate pricing to close deals. Track tenders and government bids; coordinate with the team to submit competitive proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and support the execution team where needed. Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and market intelligence. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales (construction/sports/building materials preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Basic technical understanding of sports flooring systems (training will be provided). This role is essential in keeping administrative, procurement, and site-related processes running efficiently in a fast-paced sports flooring environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative Management, Oversee daily office operations, documentation, filing, and record management. Handle communication with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed. Manage inventory of office supplies, stationary, and basic project materials. Support HR activities like attendance tracking, onboarding coordination, and maintaining employee records. Project CoordinationCoordinate between sales, projects, and purchase teams to ensure timely execution of sports flooring jobs. Assist in preparing project documentation, work orders, PO, delivery challans, and invoicing packages. Track material requirements for sites (acrylic, rubber, PU, equipment, etc.) and ensure timely dispatch. Maintain project timelines, follow up with site supervisors, and update the management on progress. Finance & Compliance SupportAssist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic data entry in accounting software (Tally/Zoho). Handle documentation for vendor payments, client billing, and follow-ups. Maintain compliance records such as GST documents, vendor agreements, and contracts. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in admin/operations (construction or sports flooring industry preferred). Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Sheets). Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking ability. Organized, proactive, and able to manage time-sensitive tasks.
