As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your main focus will be on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. In this role, you will act as an advocate for customer needs, resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic communication channels. Additionally, you will address technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Oracle's Electronic Support Services.
