What You’ll Do As a member of the LunaHire Intern Pool , you will: Set weekly goals that align with your interests and growth areas Track outcomes and progress every week Be mentored regularly by a LunaHire coach Receive feedback and guidance to develop consistency and ownership Build a trail of accomplishments to strengthen your resume Stay accountable through weekly check-ins and structured reviews This is a self-driven internship . We won’t assign tasks — we help you define, achieve, and sharpen your own. What We’re Looking For We evaluate interns on potential, not pedigree. That said, you must bring: ✅ Resourcefulness – Ability to figure things out without hand-holding ✅ Momentum – A track record (or intent) to consistently take action ✅ Articulation – Ability to communicate clearly and reflect on your work ✅ Commitment – Full-time availability (35–40 hours/week) for focused work ✅ Discipline – Willingness to set and hit weekly goals Important Details 💡 This is not a paid internship 🧭 We charge a monthly fee to be part of the Intern Pool (starts upon selection and onboarding) 🎯 The goal is employability — not placement 💼 You’ll will build momentum, proof of work, and interview-ready assets Come join us and build momentum in your job search.
