Were seeking an ambitious, hard-working and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive our market expansion and revenue growth efforts in the musculoskeletal pain management industry. Your primary responsibility is to achieve sales and meet your periodic sales targets, visit doctors / physiotherapists frequently to develop deep relationships and drive sales and expand market share. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales for the business and meet periodic sales targets Visit doctors & physiotherapists to detail products for sales & follow-ups Drive sales and manage key accounts, conduct collection visits from accounts Create list of doctors / physiotherapists / retailers / distributors in the area and keep the information updated at all times This is an on-field sales role involving visiting doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends Work closely with channel partners / distributors to drive sales and ensure smooth operations Look out of new accounts for growth and driving sales Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the medical devices or healthcare industry, preferably in Orthopaedics. Bachelor's degree (any graduate) in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare. Excellent english communication skills and presentation abilities Understanding of the healthcare market, working with doctors and practitioners, particularly in the orthopedic space Hard working, disciplined and committed, t hrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Key Responsibilities: ● Achieve sales for the business and meet periodic sales targets ● Create list of doctors / physiotherapists / retailers / distributors in the area and keep the information updated at all times ● This is an on-field sales role involving visiting doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams ● Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector. ● Create plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc. ● Ensure collections and timely follow ups with all accounts ● Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends ● Update your managers on sales trends, key account updates, status of follow-ups.
