We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Sales Associate to play a crucial role in driving our cybersecurity sales initiatives. This position is essential for the growth of our organization as it focuses on engaging with enterprise clients to understand their security requirements and provide them with tailored cybersecurity solutions. The primary objectives include leading client engagements, expanding our market presence, and ultimately driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector, including services, software, and managed solutions. Engage with key decision-makers, such as CISOs, CIOs, and IT Heads, to gain a comprehensive understanding of their current security posture and specific business challenges. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and compelling proposal presentations that communicate our value proposition effectively. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to customize proposals that address client needs and pain points. Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring post-sale engagement to foster long-term relationships. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR to position our offerings competitively. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner briefings, enhancing our visibility within the cybersecurity community. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (MBA is preferred). 2–7 years of proven experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity domains including threat detection, risk management, and compliance. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for effective pipeline management. Preferred Skills: Experience engaging with mid-market and enterprise accounts. Familiarity with cloud security solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Established network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are highly regarded. The role includes overseeing servers, networks, user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, security protocols, and overall system performance. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of IT services and support the digital transformation and security needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Network & System Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet systems. Manage and monitor server performance, backup processes, and system security. User Support & Helpdesk: Provide first-level support to internal users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of IT support requests. Hardware & Software Management: Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage licenses and inventories.
