Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost customer acquisition, retention, and business growth. You will be tasked with leveraging content marketing, SEO, and community-driven initiatives to achieve scalable growth without heavy investment in paid advertising. In this full-time hybrid role based in Kanpur with work-from-home flexibility, you will lead multi-channel marketing efforts encompassing social media, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and email marketing. Your ability to analyze market trends and user insights will be crucial in optimizing growth strategies. Collaboration with product and design teams to enhance user experience and drive engagement will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team within a dynamic startup environment. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of scaling brands through organic, non-paid strategies and possess at least 3 years of experience in growth, content, or digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce, D2C, or consumer services. Deep expertise in SEO, content strategy, community building, and performance marketing is essential. Strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a data-driven approach are also required. Excellent communication, leadership skills, and experience in team building will be beneficial.
