Job Summary: We are seeking a talented International Sales Executive to drive our global sales efforts. Your primary focus will be to generate new business leads from key international B2B platforms, engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and close deals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and generate qualified leads from international online platforms such as **IndiaMART, Alibaba, Google**, and other relevant channels. * Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential international clients through **WhatsApp, email, and other messaging platforms** in a professional and timely manner. * Needs Analysis: Communicate effectively with prospects to **understand their specific requirements, challenges, and project details**. * Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare and **send accurate and compelling quotations and proposals** tailored to client needs. * Sales Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, address objections, and persistently follow up to close sales deals. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM (or sales tracker) with all client interactions, ensuring a clean and accurate pipeline. Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience as a Sales Executive, International Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. * Demonstrable experience in **lead generation via IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Google Search**. * Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in using **WhatsApp, email, and other messaging tools** for professional sales communication. * Strong ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. * Solid negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of **meeting or exceeding sales targets**. * Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented with a strong customer focus. * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
