We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller cum Computer Operator to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining company services to potential clients, and generating leads through effective communication. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases, preparing reports, and assisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, email handling, and record keeping. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, along with basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet), are essential. Prior experience in telecalling or computer operations will be an added advantage. This position requires multitasking, time management, and the ability to meet daily targets.
