The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, promoting our online degree programs, and achieving admission targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities Contact and engage potential students using the provided leads. Present and explain program details, admission processes, and benefits to prospective learners. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Upsell and cross-sell additional programs or certifications when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in sales or admissions within the online education or e-learning sector. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and work towards defined targets. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
