About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist. In this role, you will: Lead a variety of servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products, including coordinating all aspects to ensure customer resolution Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues interact with internal and external customers Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics as related to efficiencies and effective processes Identify activities of the team to ensure conformity with established procedures Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals May lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff may contribute to strategic initiatives Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Candidate should have minimum 4 years of overall experience with minimum 3+ years of SME level /Training Expertise. Should have knowledge of all loan life cycle events in LUCAS. Should be aware of LUCAS environments (Production and Lower Environment) and their functionalities. Able to perform and deliver complex tasks in all product areas in LUCAS. Training Development and Delivery: Desing and implement training programs tailored to various user levels, covering topics such as Loan documentation, Syndication loan functionality, processing and system functionality. Material Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals and presentations to facilitate effective learning experiences. Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Ongoing support: Provides continuous support and guidance to users post training, addressing queries and ensuring the practical application of learned skills. Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements, Familiarity with LUCAS platforms and instructional design principals. User Adoption and engagement: Provides onboarding training for new users or LOBS, ensuring they understand how to use LUCAS from the start. Ensure users are engaged and encourage continuous learning through follow-up sessions and refresher courses. Should have trained at least the batch of 20 team members and delivered positive results post training. In this role, you will: Responsibilities include but not limited to the below. Loan Servicing team is responsible for end-to-end Loan servicing activities. It includes establishing new clients on SOR (Lucas) from information provided by the deal closing team, set up of participation loans, establishing Loan tranches and amendments to the contract. Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process on the Lucas or system of records (SOR), ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements Proactively and accurately identify incoming agent notices;process all life cycle events for portfolios containing multiple asset types Collaborate with Loan Administrators to interpret, problem-solve and to help better understand loan related information to resolve exceptions Communicate clearly and efficiently with agent banks to confirm and obtain loan notices. Effectively interact with internal and external parties including Asset Services, Recon, Agent Banks Proactively taking on additional responsibilities and administrational tasks as required by your managers or clients Support performance of less experienced Loan Servicing staff and overall effectiveness of team Provide lending support service in operations, documentation, and customer service to Credit teams Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional area Perform administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks Resolve complex client problems and inquiries Analyze issues, business requirements, standards, procedures, and call trends to identify opportunities for improvement and help develop innovative plans within Loan Servicing functional area to improve business operations Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff Use independent judgment to review and file claims while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, client and company policies, procedures, and regulations Interact with immediate Loan Servicing team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on loan related servicing activities, as well as internal or external customers Participate in regional or team meetings, and provide guidance and training to less experienced individuals Assure compliance with contractual obligations regarding reporting and other aspects Ability to process the request within established deadlines as per the procedures and without errors Flexibility towards contributing on different processes & assignments Collaborate effectively with various teams as required and be an active participant Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Should have experience in Asset Bases Lending. Hands-on experience in LUCAS or STUCKY application would be added value. Should understand Syndicated deal structure.
