Candidates applying for this position should have experience in implementing S4 Data Migration Projects and possess a strong understanding of the data migration life cycle. Proficiency in SAP Business Objects Data Services, DMC Syniti Winshuttle, RDBMS, SQL concepts, ETL Admin activities, IDOC, BAPI, and cutover plan activities is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to participate in mock and test cycles, prepare test cases, fix defects, communicate with clients, and update project plans. In addition to the technical requirements, you are expected to develop value-creating strategies for clients, possess knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, exhibit logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively. Understanding financial processes, pricing models, industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, project management, and team management are also part of the responsibilities.
