Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Design and administer performance management processes to drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Manage salary benchmarking process for various positions within the organization. Collaborate with HR team to develop rewards policies that support company goals. Analyze market trends and industry best practices to inform compensation decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (preferably from IT/ITES organizations). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization). Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles, including benefits administration. Proven expertise in Compensation & Benefits management using tools like Compensation Benchmarking, LTIPs etc.
