Experience in interpretation and application of National Electrical Code/ IEEE and other relevant international codes and standards. Knowledge in equipment erection, plant cable laying, Cable tray installation, testing and commissioning of all HV/ LV electrical equipment. Knowledge of area classification and international codes and practices applicable in refinery and petrochemicals is added advantage. Planning of material, resources, execution, cost control awareness and reconciliation activities of Electrical works with Sub-contractor, planning and PMC. Ensure to achieve the project objectives in line with HSES, quality, cost and schedule requirements. Active involvement in progress of field activities to ensure scheduling milestones and understanding critical activities for delivery of committed dates. Active in upgrading sub-contractors work performance and drive focus on Quality of work and a strong Safety culture. Actively ensure to note down the field design modifications and scope changes. Certification of measurement of work from PMC/ Customers. Certification of Measurement of the work done by the subcontractors. Installation of Electrical works with compliance with drawing and specifications. Establish plan for efficiently organizing work and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines. Site co-ordination and review with respect to productivity and standards. liaising with client, consultants, subcontractors and general workforce involved in the project.
