Design Control Panels , MCC (Motor Control Centers) , and PDB (Power Distribution Boards) including component selection and coordination as per Type 2 chart. Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and detailed power & control wiring diagrams for MCC/PDB. Prepare Motor Datasheets and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Specifications . Design starters such as DOL (Direct-On-Line) , Star-Delta , and Soft Starters . Work on Service Diagrams , Earthing Layouts , and wire harness design. Select and program VFDs as per application requirements. Ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols in hazardous area equipment selection. Software Skills: Proficiency in EPLAN Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
