As a member of the Global IT SAP Team at Shure, you will play a vital role in driving business transformation and maximizing business value through the implementation and support of SAP solutions. Reporting to the Associate Director, SAP Business Applications Finance, you will collaborate with internal IT associates and business users globally to build, enhance, and support solutions that align with industry best practices and technology trends. Your responsibilities will include contributing to requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of end-to-end solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide deep SAP functional expertise, and analyze key integration points. Adhering to IT guiding principles, you will focus on leveraging standard processes, minimizing customization, and driving positive customer experiences. As a SAP Senior Analyst Finance, you will stay updated on evolving SAP technologies, propose innovative solutions, and provide impact analysis on enhancements or new solutions. Additionally, you will offer application support, collaborate with the SAP development and security teams, and ensure compliance with security and data standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, specifically in SAP FICO S4HANA. Experience with data warehousing platforms and tools is desirable, along with a strong understanding of SAP modules, technical components, and project management methodologies.
