LSA – Nursing Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Description: We are hiring a compassionate and dedicated LSA (Nursing Assistant) to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting nurses and medical staff with patient care and daily hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility support)
• Help in transferring and positioning patients safely
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and wards
• Monitor patient comfort and promptly report any concerns to nurses
• Help manage medical supplies and restock basic items
• Support in taking vitals (if trained) and documentation
• Follow hospital protocols and infection control standards

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of patient care or willingness to be trained
• Physically fit and comfortable with patient handling
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience as a hospital helper, GDA, or ward assistant is a plus
