Additionally, you will be required to mentor students through doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance. Collaboration with the academic team to innovate and enhance teaching methodologies and learning outcomes will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will contribute to webinars, demo sessions, and other student engagement activities. To be successful in this position, you must have personally appeared for CAT and achieved strong performance, particularly in LRDI. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the CAT coaching industry is also required. You should have a strong command over LRDI concepts with the ability to simplify complex topics. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital tools. A student-first mindset with a passion for education and mentorship is highly valued. Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience in online teaching or ed-tech platforms, the ability to handle large student batches and drive high engagement, as well as content creation experience such as test papers, eBooks, and short notes.
