We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes. Develop QAP / ITP with required procedures and get customer approvals for projects Conduct inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process. Manage inspections with customers and TPI Manage quality team to ensure meeting orders CDD while ensuring all quality requirements are met with the highest standard Co-ordinate and expedite materials to ensure timely delivery of jobs, ensure receiving timely dispatch clearance from customers Prepare final documents and dossier sets and ensure customer approvals for final submissions Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends. Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities and audits like WPS PQR, calibration, etc. Managing audits by customers and various TPI agencies. Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment for pressure vessels or filters and strainers Experience in managing teams to ensure smooth work of the Quality department Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools. Experience in working with customers such as IOCL, EIL, NTPC, NPCIL, BHEL, etc Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment. Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks. Knowledge of ASME codes, material grades, welding process, painting & its testing requirement. NDT Level II in RT, DPT, MPT & UT. Able to review MTC with respective standard & specification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
