Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to negotiations. - Engage with different Healthcare clients across the US. - Source candidates through various portals based on job descriptions and skill set requirements. - Screen profiles according to job descriptions and ask pertinent questions. - Maintain communication with relevant profiles and build a candidate pool. - Submit suitable profiles to clients while handling other requisitions concurrently.
