Role Overview: You will be working as a Loyalty SME with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the loyalty domain, preferably with knowledge of Comarch. Your role will involve experience in CRM testing, card membership testing, and working with frequent flyer programs. You will be responsible for writing test scenarios and test cases, and should have a good understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies. Additionally, you will have experience working with defect tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, and Confluence, along with knowledge of the airline domain.
