Position Overview: Were looking for a high-impact, hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect with proven multi-cloud experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Loyalty Management. Youll be responsible for end-to-end architecture design, cross-cloud integrations, and hands-on implementation for large-scale digital transformation programs. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location: Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071 WeWork, Vi-John Tower, Udyog Vihar, 393, Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana (122016) Responsibilities: Lead solution architecture and end-to-end implementation across Sales, Service, FSL, and Loyalty clouds. Define scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud designs. Engage with enterprise stakeholders for requirement elicitation, technical deep dives, and solution validation. Translate complex business processes into technical solutions with data flow diagrams, ERDs, and architecture artifacts. Design cross-cloud data architecture, including real-time and batch data exchange. Configure and manage record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, Lightning flows, and Dynamic Forms across modules. Lead customization using Apex classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, future methods, and triggers. Oversee UI/UX enhancements using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and mobile compatibility considerations. Define governance frameworks around object sharing, role hierarchies, permission sets, and data visibility. Ensure API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, or MuleSoft. Architect multi-org and multi-site strategies for brands and loyalty tiers. Establish CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Git, Jenkins, or Copado. Perform code reviews, enforce secure development practices (CRUD/FLS enforcement), and handle performance tuning. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and security teams for end-to-end release management and rollback planning. Core Technical Competencies Sales Cloud: Lead-to-cash processes, opportunity splits, collaborative forecasting, CPQ, quote-to-order workflows. Service Cloud: Case assignment logic, SLAs/entitlements, Email-to-Case, Chat, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Base. Field Service Lightning (FSL): Work Order Management, Service Appointments, Skill-Based Scheduling, Resource Absence, Mobile App, Gantt Chart, Maintenance Plans, Time Sheets. Loyalty Cloud: Tiers & Benefits, Program Members, Transactions, Points Ledger, Accrual & Redemption Rules, Integration with eCommerce, POS & CDP. Advanced Apex (Triggers, Queues, Batchable Interfaces), LWC, Flow Orchestration, Dynamic Interactions. API patterns: Request/response, webhook-based, platform events, outbound messaging, Named Credentials. DevOps & CI/CD: SFDX, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, Bitbucket Pipelines. Security: OAuth 2.0, JWT Bearer flow, TLS, Salesforce Shield, field audit trail. Monitoring: Event Monitoring, New Relic, Debug Logs, Vlocity Monitoring (optional). Salesforce DX and modular package architecture (unlocked/shared packages). Exposure to AppExchange apps: Conga, DocuSign, JIRA, Slack, Experience Cloud. Requirements 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in architecture roles. 2+ full-cycle projects involving all 4 clouds. Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, FSL Consultant, Loyalty Management (preferred), Integration Architect. Strong verbal and written communication to lead client workshops and demos.
