Data Collection & MIS Reporting Collect and analyze process data such as batch costing, machine efficiency, reprocessing, and wastage. Generate periodic costing MIS reports and present cost performance vs. targets. Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores departments for consumption and inventory reconciliation. 4. Process Efficiency & Benchmarking Benchmark process costs with internal standards and industry norms. Work with production and technical teams to reduce reprocessing, optimize liquor ratios, and improve energy efficiency. Evaluate the impact of recipe changes, shade variations, and machine parameters on cost. 5. Commercial & Audit Support Provide costing data for internal and statutory audits .
