You will have proven experience as a Low-code developer or in a similar role. Your strong knowledge of Low-code or no-code platforms such as Service Now, Salesforce, Microsoft PowerApps, Appian, Mendix, Pega, etc., will be crucial. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C# is required, along with proficiency in any Database SQL programming, such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc. You will apply best software practices on Low-code application development to create highly scalable and performing solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, familiarity with Agile development methodologies, and experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Git. As a Low Code Developer, your responsibilities will include being a primary resource for the development and support of Human Capital Management products by leveraging ADP's Low-code Lifion platform. You will design, develop, and implement software solutions using ADP's low-code platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, performing unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in low-code and no-code development are also part of your role.,
