This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients. Oversee the mechanical and industrial design development of specific programs within our self-service hardware portfolio (SolidWorks). Drive DFM/DFA decisions across semi-complex assemblies involving sheet metal, machined parts, structural plastics, and electro-mechanical components. Review and produce detailed 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, GD&T documentation, and tolerance analyses. Rapidly prototype concepts using in-house and outsourced resources: 3D printing (FDM/SLA), CNC, and low-volume tooling.
