Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (M.O.T. / B.O.T.) Location: Hyderabad, India Organization: Lotus Child Developmental Center (a unit of Lotus Neuropsychiatry Clinic and Counseling Center) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Fresher or Experienced About Us: Lotus Child Developmental Center is a part of the multidisciplinary team at Lotus Neuropsychiatry Clinic and Counseling Center , Hyderabad. We are dedicated to providing early identification, assessment, and intervention services for children with neurodevelopmental conditions. Our center follows a child- and family-centered model of care with close interdisciplinary collaboration between psychiatry, developmental pediatrics, psychology, and therapy services. Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (M.O.T. / B.O.T.) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and sensory processing issues. Freshers with strong clinical interest and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral challenges Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on child-specific goals Provide therapy to improve fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, handwriting, and school readiness Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, goals, therapy progress, and parent communication Work closely with pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators as part of a multidisciplinary team Educate and support parents/caregivers in home-based strategies Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s (B.O.T.) or Master’s degree (M.O.T.) in Occupational Therapy , preferably with specialization or internship in Pediatrics Registration with a recognized occupational therapy council (if applicable) Strong interest or prior exposure to child development, sensory integration, or early intervention Good communication and interpersonal skills Freshers with relevant internships or training are welcome to apply What We Offer: Supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary work environment Opportunities for professional development and case-based learning Exposure to a wide range of pediatric developmental and psychiatric conditions Structured mentorship for fresh graduates Competitive compensation, based on experience and qualifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 04/08/2025
