Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Chennai . The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed itineraries, making reservations, managing travel documentation, and providing end-to-end support to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in the travel industry Proven expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management Strong experience in Travel Arrangements , Reservations , and Itinerary Preparation (mandatory) Excellent Customer Service and client relationship skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in an on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality , or a related field (preferred)
