About the Role

Lottie Animation & Motion Design

• Create high-quality

  Lottie JSON animations

  for websites, dashboards, app interfaces, UI micro-interactions, loaders, and iconography
• Bring compelling designs stories from idea to life.
• Convert static designs (Figma/Illustrator) into smooth, lightweight motion graphics
• Collaborate with developers to ensure animations integrate seamlessly on web & mobile
• Optimise assets for speed, performance, and cross-platform compatibility
• Support creative direction with ideas that improve UX and visual storytelling

Digital Ad Creative Design

• Create scroll-stopping

  social media ads

  , animated banners, GIFs, and short promotional videos
• Design for channels including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop ads aligned with RevOps-driven messaging and campaign goals
• Optimise creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with White Turtle's RevOps, content, and marketing teams
• Support clients by interpreting brand goals and translating them into effective visuals
• Provide creative recommendations during strategy sessions and campaign planning

Required Skillset

• Strong portfolio showcasing

  motion graphics

• Skilled in design creation
• Experience creating ads for digital marketing campaigns
• Understanding of animation principles: easing, timing, transitions, interaction design
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative assignments

Other nice to haves

• Familiarity with front-end environments (Framer)
• Understanding of SaaS/B2B or RevOps-focused marketing
• Experience with data-informed creative optimisation
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agency-style environments
