Role Overview We are seeking a Growth Marketing Designer who thrives at the intersection of Pixel-Perfect Design, Digital Performance, and Low-Code Development. This is a mission-critical role: you will be the driving force behind the next iteration of the White Turtle brand, directly responsible for optimising our lead magnets through innovative digital experiences and curate a seamless touchpoint experience. If you're a designer who measures success in conversion rates and understands the psychology of a B2B buyer's journey, this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities Web Development Framer Mastery: Own the entire digital presence on www.whiteturtle.co.uk . You will be expected to design, prototype and deploy high-performance live pages directly in Framer , pushing the limits of the platform for speed, interactivity and conversion. Next-Gen Web Rebrand: Lead the development of a cutting-edge, authority-building visual identity across our web presence, translating the complex value of RevOps into intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. Conversion-Optimised Funnels: Design and architect end-to-end B2B lead funnels; from initial ad click to consultation booking; whilst also obsessed with reducing friction and maximising Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). High Impact Creativity Captivating Ad Creative: Conceptualise and produce innovative, high-fidelity ad creative (static, video shorts, animated content) for channels like LinkedIn and paid search, designed specifically to disrupt B2B feeds and drive high-intent clicks. Content Visualisation: Transform sophisticated operational and strategic insights (case studies, data sheets, white papers) into compelling visual assets and marketing collateral that establish White Turtle as a market leader. Iterative Design for Growth: Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to run rigorous A/B creative testing , rapidly iterating design based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA). Technical ability Proven Web Development Expertise: Non-negotiable. You must demonstrate a robust portfolio of live, deployed projects built and maintained using Framer . B2B Lead Funnel Proficiency: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead scoring, and the design elements necessary to move a prospect down a funnel (CTAs, social proof, information architecture). Design Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in modern design and animation tools. Motion/Video Skills: Competency in creating impactful motion animations and video assets for digital ads Creative Soul: You challenge the traditional and embrace the new.
