We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in management reporting, GAAP accounting, and financial analysis . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in P&L and Balance Sheet preparation , variance analysis , and budgeting & forecasting . The person should be capable of collaborating cross-functionally and should have team management skills. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end finance operations for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Handle GAAP accounting, Corporate accounting, and corporate finance accounting, preparation on a monthly basis. Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, variance analysis, collaborating with Sales MIS, DF, Purchase, Legal, IT, and Marketing teams for provision accounting. Assist in Annual Budgeting and estimated financials preparation and presentation. Monthly & quarterly P&L, BS & COGM reporting and variance analysis. Deliver monthly management presentations with investment, cash flow, and business plan updates. Assist monthly factory closing process, ensuring provision accuracy, and assessing cost implications before closing. Participate in meetings, discussions, and query resolution related to financial matters. Engage in quarterly audit query discussions and finalization with external audit. Assist in statutory audit reporting and finalization on a yearly basis. Handling cost saving project, reporting and presentation.
