Job Description: We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist in daily office activities for our real estate company. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, managing communications, and performing basic online marketing tasks such as updating property listings on our website and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to walk-in clients and visitors professionally. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to properties. Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team for property site visits and meetings. Update and manage property listings, photos, and details on the company website and social media pages. Prepare and maintain basic office documentation and correspondence. Assist with daily administrative tasks as required. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing. Experience in real estate or customer service will be an added advantage. Familiarity with website management and posting on social media platforms. Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
