As Head of Sales – India , you’ll own the country’s revenue growth agenda, shaping the brand’s presence across retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, and premium lifestyle channels. Your Mission Be the architect and driver of India’s sales strategy, execution, and results. Work hand-in-hand with the founders to: Scale distribution into premium retail, wellness, and lifestyle spaces. Maximize velocity through in-store activations, partnerships, and campaigns. Build a high-performance sales team that thrives on results and accountability. You’ll lead the charge in making 4 Degrees of U a household name in premium women’s wellness in India. What You’ll Do Sales Strategy & Market Ownership Develop and execute an aggressive, scalable sales plan tailored to the Indian market. Own the P&L for sales in India—driving topline growth, optimizing margins, and delivering ROI. Identify untapped market opportunities and launch high-impact go-to-market plays. Channel Development & Expansion Secure and grow partnerships with online marketplaces, premium retail, boutique wellness and modern trade. Negotiate listings, drive product placement, and manage high-value accounts. In-Market Activation & Brand Visibility Lead experiential activations—sampling programs, events, influencer partnerships—that turn awareness into purchase. Build region-specific programs that connect with local audiences while staying true to the brand’s luxury positioning. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, coach, and inspire a lean but high-output sales team. Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and performance. Be hands-on—closing deals, solving challenges, and setting the bar high. Performance Management & Optimization Set ambitious KPIs, track performance, and pivot quickly when needed. Use market insights and data analytics to continually refine strategies. What You Bring 8–10+ years in sales leadership within premium FMCG, wellness, luxury goods, or startup environments. Proven record of scaling revenue in India—especially in premium or challenger brands. Strong network and understanding of India’s retail, wellness, and e-commerce and quick commerce landscapes. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where results matter. Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
