Techno Functional Oracle HCM • Techno-Functional Oracle HCM with 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Peoplesoft /oracle HCM ) • Good understating in Oracle HCM functionality of Core -HR/Absence/Payroll /Performance and goal management Modules • Technical skills include BI reporting , OTBI reporting, Data Migrations, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas . • We will look for a resource with good knowledge, Hands on experience in BI reporting Area as Primary Skill and Understanding about Zellis HCM application. • candidate must be open to learn and work on other application like Zellis also (Zellis works on SQL in backend so the business process will be similar to oracle just the report writing will be done differently using new tools)
