We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize the complete production process, from cutting to packing, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in babywear manufacturing and a proven track record in managing large-scale garment production. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments . Ensure all garments meet quality standards with a strong emphasis on babywear safety compliance . Manage and monitor production schedules to meet shipment deadlines. Coordinate between design, sampling, and production teams for seamless workflow. Track raw material usage, control wastage, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure adherence to factory compliance, safety, and hygiene standards . Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Train, guide, and upskill production staff for continuous improvement. Liaise with buyers and merchandisers to resolve technical queries. Leverage industry contacts to hire skilled manpower as needed. Submit daily production reports for each department to management. Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) plans for all orders to ensure timely execution. Requirements Education: Any Graduate (preferred in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or related field). Experience: Minimum 7+ years in garment production management with mandatory hands-on experience in babywear manufacturing . Strong knowledge of fabrics including interlock, jersey, and loop knit . Expertise in cutting, printing, stitching, and finishing processes . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
