About the Role Product Manager (AI Healthcare Products) We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI-powered healthcare tools: EkaScribe AI medical scribe for automated clinical documentation DocAssist Real-time clinical decision support and smart assistant for doctors This role is ideal for someone with 2 5 years of experience who can combine AI prompt design skills with product thinking , enjoys working closely with doctors, and thrives in fast-paced, iterative development environments. You will work with clinicians, engineers, AI scientists, and designers to deliver clinically accurate, easy-to-use, and delightful experiences . Key Responsibilities 1. AI-First Product Development Translate clinical workflows into AI-enabled user journeys. Collaborate with data science teams on prompt engineering, LLM output tuning, and multi-step prompt logic. Run experiments to test model responses and fine-tune prompts for accuracy, safety, and relevance. 2. Product Discovery & Design Engage with doctors and clinical staff to capture requirements and pain points. Convert insights into PRDs, user stories, and wireframes with the design team. Define acceptance criteria covering both UX and AI output quality. 3. Delivery & Iteration Work with engineering to ship features on time with high quality. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive BMW as a Code initiatives codifying BMW architecture artifacts incl. vehicle behavior, signals, and integration logic as versioned software artifacts. You will design automated validation that continuously verifies signal definitions, timing, sequences, and state machines across integration environments, ensuring functional correctness and regression safety at scale. Key Responsibilities: Build frameworks to parse, simulate, and validate signal flows, transitions, and timing constraints across ECUs/domains, e. g. in Python, Rust, TypeScript. Implement automated checks for sequence correctness, state machine conformance, and edge-case handling during integration builds. Create test suites and scenario libraries for regression, including negative tests, race conditions, and fault-injection. Integrate validation logic into CI/CD pipelines to block unsafe changes and surface diff-based insights on signal/sequence alterations.
