This is a full-time on-site role for a Loom Technician located in Shimla. The Loom Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of loom machinery. Day-to-day tasks include setting up looms, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, ensuring efficient operation and production, and conducting regular inspections and maintenance. Additional tasks involve collaborating with the production team to enhance performance and understanding of safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications

Experience in loom operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
