Looking for Project engineering & Quotation leader role for one of the leading brand based out in Bangalore location Role & responsibilities Responsible for people management including resource planning, hiring, training, goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being Organize the design activity according to the load, project complexity, and required skillset. Ensure technical quality and service levels are maintained throughout the quotation and engineering lifecycle Define training according to skill matrix and competencies targets. Ensure compliance with project objectives are maintained within our product definition file and quotation and design intent. Continuous improvement of the design activity in terms of technical knowledge, efficiency, quality, and productivity. Ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality is delivered for both our internal and external customers. Leads change activity to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction with successful change management. Preferred candidate profile BE/B.Tech/ in Electrical/EEE Engineering with 10+ years of direct engineering & Quotations experience with ETO equipment and minimum of 3yrs of demonstrated leadership/people management skills. Masters in Power system / Control system Engineering will be an added advantage
