Job Description

Job Role - Data Analyst /Lead DATA ANALYST Work hours IST: Multiple shifts (on rotational basis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to oversee and mentor the work of other data analysts Basic SQL hands-on Good experience with Excel / Googld sheets for reporting purpose Good exposure to Financial domain, Capital markets and trading is preferrable Relevant Experience: Approx 5-7 years Responsibilities Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions . • Prepare shift roasters and formalize with client stakeholders Monitor the work of other team members, resolve any issues Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Estimate the effort for each task and track it to closure Coordinate with Client for smooth execution of the work Prepare progress reports and walk through with client on a weekly basis Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
