Sales Alignment and Pipeline Enablement Work closely with BDRs and AEs to convert demand into qualified pipeline. Build marketing campaign kits for sales outreach—templates, sequences, and talking points. Drive intent-based marketing and win-back campaigns for stalled or aged opportunities. Requirements 2–4 years of B2B SaaS experience in growth or demand generation, preferably in mid-market or enterprise segments. Proficiency in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn), marketing ops, and funnel analytics for the US market. Strong understanding of buyer journeys, GTM motions (inbound, outbound, ABM), and revenue marketing, and attribution models. You will be responsible for creating and managing Google Sheets-based automation systems, integrating them with Work FMS tools, and developing seamless operational workflows for our inventory, sales, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and Google Sheets automation tools using Apps Script, JavaScript, and HTML. Build dynamic, interactive forms and templates within Google Sheets / Google Workspace. Develop and automate workflows between Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Calendar, and third-party applications via APIs. Create integrated solutions for Work FMS processes, inventory management, and sales tracking. Perform business data analysis and provide actionable, data-driven insights to management. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Inventory, HR) to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions. Develop email automation, notification systems, and custom reporting formats for real-time operational control. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Mathematics and Analytical Thinking. Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (mandatory) for data processing, automation, and workflow design. Proficient in JavaScript and HTML for developing custom web-based forms, templates, and UI enhancements within Google Workspace. Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, and query functions). Experience in building Work FMS or operational management systems through Google Workspace. Understanding of APIs, data integration, and webhooks for third-party tool connectivity. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and process documentation abilities. Ability to work independently, managing multiple automation projects and reporting deadlines. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar. Experience with CRM, Inventory, or Sales MIS tools. Basic understanding of SQL for backend data handling. Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and third-party service integrations. What We Offer: Competitive salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
