Looker Developer

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end and ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, facilitating root cause analysis, and identifying ideas to improve system performance. Moreover, you will analyze client requirements, collaborate with functional teams, and confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, determining operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will compile timely and accurate documentation, coordinate with the team on project status and progress, provide feedback on usability and serviceability, and report quality risks to concerned stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for status reporting and maintaining customer focus on an ongoing basis with respect to the project and its execution. This involves capturing requirements and clarifications from the client, gathering feedback, participating in continuing education and training, consulting with engineering staff, documenting solutions, and ensuring good quality of interaction with customers. In terms of deliverables, you will be evaluated based on performance parameters such as Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & CSAT, and MIS & Reporting. The key measures include 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, adherence to schedule/release plan, on-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill up-gradation, and 100% on-time MIS & report generation.
