Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage all financial and compliance aspects of our Initial Public Offering (IPO) process. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SEBI regulations, financial reporting standards, due diligence, and experience coordinating with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities : IPO Execution : Assist in planning and managing the end-to-end IPO process. Prepare financial documentation and coordinate with stakeholders including SEBI, stock exchanges, and legal counsel. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (SEBI ICDR regulations, Companies Act, etc.). Financial Statement Preparation : Lead the preparation and audit of restated financial statements as per IPO requirements. Ensure adherence to Ind AS or IFRS, as applicable. Manage and coordinate statutory and internal audits. Due Diligence : Lead financial and tax due diligence efforts. Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to provide necessary data and resolve queries. DRHP & RHP Preparation : Work with merchant bankers and legal teams in drafting the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) . Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures. Stakeholder Management : Liaise with merchant bankers, legal advisors, registrars, auditors, and other stakeholders. Support management in investor presentations and roadshows. Governance & Controls : Strengthen internal financial controls and corporate governance in line with public listing norms. Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory filings. Key Requirements : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum 2 –3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, specifically in IPO/Capital Markets . Hands-on experience with DRHP/RHP preparation , financial restatement , and IPO project management . In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations , Companies Act , Ind AS , and IPO compliance . Experience working with Merchant/ investment banks, or public companies is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in sectors with high IPO activity. Prior experience with investor relations and public company reporting is advantageous.
