Were seeking passionate and goal-driven B2C Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for sellingarchitectural and interior design softwares directly to users including interior designers, architects, students, freelance professionals. This is a consultative sales role where understanding customer needs and product positioning is key. Role & responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Handle B2C leads via calls, emails, and chat. Convert leads into paying customers through a solution-based sales approach. Product Demonstration: Understand user requirements and provide detailed software demonstrations virtually. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, help users choose the right software suite based on their workflow and technical needs. Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing, manage objections, and close deals efficiently. Ensure timely follow-ups. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers for upselling, renewals, and referrals. CRM Management: Track activities, pipeline, and performance in CRM tools. Market Feedback: Share insights from prospects and users to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Exposure to the architecture/interior design domain, either through education or previous roles. Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus). Experience working with online demos, Zoom, MS Teams, Google sheets etc.

Role & responsibilities Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions on architectural software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, vray, Revit Architecture, Bim, Lumion, Rhino & Grasshopper Design and adapt training materials, exercises, and project-based learning modules. Assess learners progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest software versions, industry standards, and design workflows. Assist in developing course content and online resources for Lomos’ training programs. Support students in applying software skills to real-world architectural projects.
