As a talented UI/UX Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, utilizing your expertise in Figma to craft seamless and intuitive digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups, as well as developing modern logos and visual identities that align with our brand. Collaboration with product managers and developers to ensure design consistency across all platforms will be crucial, along with conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations. Your proficiency in Figma is mandatory, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your UI designs and logo work. An understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, mobile-first design, and responsive design is essential. Effective communication and teamwork skills are a must, and experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be advantageous. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, with prior experience in a fast-paced agency or tech company being a plus.
