As an Architect Value Mining Expert (Material Management) within the Celonis Center of Excellence for the Digital Transformation department, your role is crucial in analyzing the actual usage of processes in Alstom tools using process mining tool Celonis. Your primary responsibility is to identify process improvement opportunities and digitalization possibilities to enhance efficiency. Working in the Process Mining team, you will: - Understand Alstom processes. - Collaborate with the technical team to develop Celonis models that represent how key processes are utilized in our tools (SAP ECC, Basware, Ariba, etc.). - Identify, qualify, and quantify main inefficiencies, non-compliances, and quality issues in process execution. - Create dashboards to showcase findings. - Engage with business units to demonstrate real process usage, interpret results, and suggest improvements for increased productivity and cash flow. - Define corrective actions and monitor their implementation in coordination with business units. - Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented actions to ensure consistent value delivery. - Present results and realized value to senior management. Functional scope encompasses material management processes including: - Procurement / Sourcing - Quality - Logistics Your qualifications and skills should include: BEHAVIORAL SKILLS: - Ability to set project objectives, prepare and clean data, analyze issues, and assess the expected impact of suggested process changes. - Clear and concise communication with strong written and verbal communication skills - participation in workshops/training and presentation of recommendations. - Passion for making the organization more agile and faster through simple processes. - Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. - Logical structuring: structured approach to problem-solving and capability to conduct root cause analysis of customer issues. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - 4 to 9 years of overall experience with 2 to 3 years as a Process Mining expert. - Expertise in Process Mining with proven experience in defining and improving processes. - Familiarity with Celonis is a plus. - Expertise and knowledge of SAP modules: MM / QM / WM.
