Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of on-ground logistics or warehouse operations experience.
• Good coordination and vehicle/warehouse documentation management skills.
• Basic knowledge of intra-city logistics operations and vehicle handling.
• Basic knowledge of vendor/vehicle sourcing.
• Good in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vehicle reporting and dispatch operations at the customer site.
• Validate and collect gate entry, gate exit, and delivery documents/log sheets.
• Co-ordinate with drivers to handover required dispatch documents.
• Maintain trip records, POD (Proof of Delivery) collection from drivers and submission of documents for billing.
• Coordinate real-time with the Vehicle Sourcing Executive for any non-reporting or last-minute vehicle issues.
• Prepare and share daily dispatch MIS reports with the AM & other stake holders.
• Act as a POC between customer, drivers, and sourcing teams for smooth execution.
• Manage driver discipline, report vehicle breakdown
• s, route delays or any operational issue.
• Ensure proper trip sheet documentation for each vehicle before departure and after return.
• Check vehicle condition, loading status, and readiness before dispatch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,044.05 - ₹25,541.84 per month
