Qualifications & Skills -Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5- 6 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/ leadership role. - Strong command of warehouse operations, transportation cost structures, and contract/vendor management. - Proficient in MS Excel, and experience in ERP/WMS/TMS systems. - Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a data-driven approach.
