Developing and/or referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results. • Identifying the business impact of trends and making data backed decisions. • Communicating with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers) • Escalating problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions. • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed, is a plus. Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels. Provide an effective and reliable service to customers whilst meeting all legal Requirements. Storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to fee Business operations and customer demand. Leading and coordinating the work of a team of employees, and ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed on time. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and customer loyalty. Day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Take responsibility for assigned DC locations performance and functions managed by distribution center managers including warehousing and inventory control, DC transportation and logistics and execution of operational best practices.
